Nasra Public School seeks applications for filling the position of Operations Officer for school operations. Candidates should be minimum Bachelors in Management with relevant work experience of at least 1 to 2 years. Incumbent must possess excellent drafting skills with good knowledge of MS Office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. • Working with school staff and prepare reports for education programs
  2. • Managing transportation, kitchen operations, facilities and maintenance operations, security operations, third party contracts and ensuring implementation of school policies
  3. • Looking after procurement of school stationery, furniture, and other logistics
  4. • working collaboratively with school management in order to maintain accuracy and integrity of student attendance and personal information
  5. • Working closely with school management to oversee enrollment process and meet enrollment targets
  6. • Coordinate with school teachers for ensuring the standard of school education is consistent and responds to and resolve the parents’ inquiries from time to time
  7. • Monitor, evaluate, and enhance teachers’ training and development
